 How does it work?

Someone has a Vacation Rentals, Holiday Homes, Futon, Couch, Bed, House, Condo, Boat,...... or you offer local tours and activities etc. for guest ........the guest searches for one of these rentals or tours that suite their needs, It’s really quit simple:

For the Guest,

1. Search for the space you need, Use the search page to find a rental. Enter the dates, cities, price you need and browse by availability. Contact the hosts with any question through the onsite messaging system and view profiles, reviews to get a sense of who and where you will be staying.
   
2. Book that rental. A host will accept or deny your request within 48 hours and at that point the contact information, the address of the property and other important information will be shared between you and the Host. One more note is we use PayPal for all booking so we never see or store your credit card information. Just another safeguard for our members.
   
3. After your stay use the reviews feedback to let others know about how great your Host was and how well you enjoy your stay.

For the Host,

1. Register, Log in and complete your profile, List a space by uploading photos, setting a price, and set your availability.
   
2. Answer guest inquiries using the onsite messaging system quickly as this will improve your search rankings along with letting potential guest know your ready for them. Once you receive a booking request, go ahead and accept or decline it based on the information in the guest profile.
   
3. Contact your guest by regular email to confirm details, You will be paid 24 hours after the date of your guest arrival. Remember to write a review for your guest!
